SB 5011: Requires on each visible side of a ballot drop box, the prominent display of two specified messages: (1) the box is the property of the county or county agency which purchased and placed the box; and (2) tampering with the box may be a crime under state and federal laws. (Before 2/3 at 3PM)
SB 5541: Creating a Washington “Future Fund” pilot project, essentially a wealth redistribution scheme that would likely undermine personal responsibility and fiscal discipline. Washington cannot afford this, especially considering the $16 billion project deficit.
SB 5480: Their description: “Protecting consumers by removing barriers created by medical debt.” Medical debt cannot be reported to consumer credit agencies (Sign in before 7am on Feb 4)
HB 1338: Increases the taxpayer funding of public school operating costs (MSOC = materials, supplies and operating costs) (Sign in before 3PM on Feb 3)
5. HB 1196: Revoking a person’s voting rights only if they are sentenced to the death penalty (Sign in before 12:30 on Feb 5)
6. HB 1710: Imposes burdensome state oversight on local elections, increases litigation risks with state government (Sign in before 12:30 on Feb 5)
7. HB 1750: Increases state intervention & litigation risks by broadening the criteria for what constitutes voter suppression and vote dilution. (Sign in before 12:30 on Feb 5)
HB 1504: require liability insurance or certificate of deposit of $25k for each firearm. (Sign in before 7AM on Feb 5)
