On June 14th, 1777 the first Flag Resolution was passed by the United States Congress.
For centuries, our flag has symbolized that although we come from various nations, we stand together as one in the pursuit of freedom, liberty, and justice that we cherish as Americans.
May we never forget how blessed and privileged EACH of us are to live in the land of the FREE, because of the brave men and women who have fought for the life we enjoy today. And may we realize the fragility of this republic and do our part to protect it.
