VIDEO: Will WA implement a "pay per mile" tax?

Our 2024 #WaLeg Preview continues with HB 1832 which would implement a voluntary (to start) 2.5 cent per mile tax for using public roadways. This bill has been coming back for several years now...is this the year Washington democrats will get it done?
